Dried Fruits & Nuts Ice Cream

【Dried Fruits & Nuts Ice Cream】

Ingredients:

1 can (397g) of condensed milk

1 can (410g) of evaporated milk

400ml of double cream

2 slices of bread (crusts removed)

1 teaspoon of ground cardamom

1/4 cup of crushed almonds

1/4 cup of chopped pistachios

1/4 cup of crushed cashews

1/4 cup of chopped raisins

 

Steps

1) Place the condensed milk, evaporated milk, double cream, and bread slices into a blender and blend.

2) Now, add the dried fruits and ground cardamom. Blend for 20 seconds.

3) Transfer the mixture into an ice cream container or mold, and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight for best results. (To prevent the ice cream from absorbing odors from other items in the fridge, use a container with a tight-fitting lid. For extra protection and to avoid crystallization, place a layer of plastic wrap between the ice cream and the lid.).
